# Acesso Remoto ao Computador

Em muitos momentos, nós da Web4Business precisamos acessar seu computador, para poder executar alguma checagem ou configurar algum recurso.

Nestes casos, é necessário que seja instalado o programa **AnyDesk** no computador e liberado nosso acesso.

## Instalando o AnyDesk

Acesse o link abaixo para baixar o "**AnyDesk**":

Clique em "**Baixe Agora**":&#x20;

Após alguns segundos será iniciado o Download do programa.

Abra o AnyDesk recém baixado, ao acessar, será exibida uma janela da AnyDesk e nesta janela:

Nos envie - o código exibido ao lado de "**Este Dispositivo**":

No momento que nossa equipe conectar em seu computador, a AnyDesk irá exibir o aviso abaixo:
